Delayed mail Exchange 2013


  • Exchange 2013 mailbox Queue in one DB of MBX server has been increasing over 1000, and a couple of hours pass, it can't not be reduced. other DB of MBX server is ok.

    Can i have urgent assist to find the cause of root and solve?

  • The first thing I would do is examine the messages in the queues to see if there is a common source and/or recipient to get a clue as to what process might be overwhelming your server.

  • I can't find the a common source and recipient of message in the Queue, that means that's dealing with normal mails randomly. Messages delivering to specified one DB in that server has been increasing in the Queue, other DB same server is ok. Any way to find if there's any issue in this DB or server.....
