Outlook Error "Unable to open default email folders" RRS feed

  • Greetings all

    I have new users in the company and have added them to the system as per usual and all seems fine until I try to log them into the exchange using Outlook. When signing in, it gives me the following error:

    "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to your
    Microsoft Exchange server computer with the current profile before you can
    synchronize your folders with your offline folder file"

     Finally i resolved the issue by deleting the user AD profile then relogin & configured the outloook...
