  • Hi,

To use the Replace feature, we can click View > Navigation Pane. Click the settings button, and then click Advanced Find & Replace.

Reference: Find and replace text or formatting in Word for Mac

Besides, we can set AutoCorrect function to replace Straight quotes with smart quotes. To do this, please go to Tools > AutoCorrect Options. Under Auto Format As You Type tab, choose the option “Straight quotes with smart quotes”. This will work for new documents.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

    Regards,

    Perry
