Xbox Live Security/complaint people

Question
-
I have called Xbox Live department the first time because of getting messages on my account from a C FORCE US009 saying he works for Xbox Live saying he is going to shut me down because I kicked him out of a private lobby. In calling Xbox Live he is not employee according to the supervisors there but yet they have done nothing about him posing as an employee and the threats. Now he is still acting as an employee and is putting a red flag on my account which I know now that he can't but the threats are getting to be to much but yet Xbox live will not do anything about this person. I would like to know what the security department is do an why when there is something bad of this nature that nothing is done. You can not even contact the complaint department directly and the way to file complaints they have now do not work. I hope this reaches someone in that department and something is done about this person.

If I would be in that situation I would do the following:
Ignore it.
There are plenty of people around Xbox Live getting angry just because they get kicked out of a party or anywhere and than complaining about it. And there are also people saying to ban you just because you kicked them out of the party. If it would have been a microsoft employee, than I guess that guy would 1. not even join your party and 2. not say such stuff.
If that would really have been true and you would have been banned, you will first recieve an e-mail of why you had been banned and you could still phone xbox live for further assistance and asking for the exact reason etc.
To 99% you wont get banned anyways.

Apparently it's common enough where they have a process.
Thanks!

Actually, in this case "fissues" can't do anything about it. This is an Xbox issue. I'll be back...
