all i want is to restore my computer back to how it came out of the box. I didn't get a manual,or backup disk for vista or product key for a matter of fact i'm not a computer genius. I just want to start fresh.
Did your computer come with a recovery partition ? It would be best if you cotnact your vendor's tech support because most vendors have customized recovery options built into the computer. Can you give us the type of machine that you have?
