Question
-
Hi,
I have an primary site server deployed at one of the location on windows server 2008 R2 with SCCM 2012 R2.
I need to have an additional primary server at same site with OS of windows server 2012 R2 with SCCM 2012 R2.
I would need help in how to achieve this.
If I deploy this will my all endpoints will get an information of new Primary server at same site.

Any help doc for inplace upgrade to windows server 2012 R2 will also help.
This cannot be done when ConfigMgr is installed. You would have to restore ConfigMgr after having server 2012 R2 installed.Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de

Why do you need two primary site server for the same location?

To add-on, based on the title of the post, do I understand it correctly that you want to deploy that second primary site in the same hierarchy with the same site code as an existing primary site? If so, that's a huge no-go. Never use the same site code twice in the same hierarchy...

To add to that: don't even use the same site code in the same forest (and all trusted domains/forests where ConfigMgr is publishing to)!

just make the second server a secondary site. You an then give it, its own site code.
what are you trying to accomplish? did you want to update the OS to 2012r2 instead of 2008? if so add the new server a primary site, give it a new site code. then assign all of your clients to the new site.

My Current Server is running with windows server 2008 R2 where as my secondary server is with windows server 2012 R2.
Hence i want this server to be either upgrade to server 2012 R2 or prepare additional server in same site using CAS and later discard windows server 2008 environment.
