Hi Mbyracka,
Firstly, we could run the Windows Update troubleshoot tool.
Open Control Panel>Troubleshooting>System and Security>Windows Update.
Then we could restart the “Windows Update Service” and “Background Intelligent Transfer Service”.
Click the "Start" Button, in the "Start Search" bar, type: "services.msc" (without quotes) and press Enter.
There are few reasons could cause this issue. For the error code you provided, we could follow the steps in the KB below to repair.
