Access table names when using Windows 7 RRS feed

  • Our employees who have been upgraded to Windows 7 are no longer able to link to Dbase IV tables when the name of the table is more than 8 characters long.  Is there any patch that can be downloaded to fix this problem?

  • Hi Steve, did this issue occur before? After I checking form Windows 7 Compatibility Center, I found dBase IV tables is not compatible with Windows 7, you can check it on:

    Windows 7 Compatibility Center

     

    Please try to use Windows XP Mode to see if the same issue appears:

     

    Install and use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7

     

    And you can go to manufacturer website for further help:
