  • Can you be more specific? Generally you could create 2 authorization(approval) mpr/workflows in the case of 2 step approval.

  • My requirement is when ever Employee joins the company FIM will fetch details from HRMS and Create the user in AD and other Application after getting 3 step approval

1.first Line manager has to approve

    2.Then application manager approval

3.last Application admin after that user need to be provision  to the system.

  • You could create 3 sepperate authorization(approval) mpr/workflows for this that follow up each other.

The guide is about a groupmembership approval but you get the idea.

  • Robin,

when we initiate a request from FIM portal,Then we can do the request and approval. But if the USER details are provisioned from HRMS using  FIM synchronization service then how to implement approvals for the user

  • In R2, you can progamatically use Update Resource to create a synchronous update to a resource that will trip the AuthZ approval.

    That should meet your needs.
