    Hi,

    I found some CX600 display Line URI and some display username.

    Display Line URI is query user property telephone number right?

    Can I change all CX600 to display username? 

    Do it relate to cx600 firmware version?

    Hi,

    You should always use the latest firmware for the CX600 phones.

    The phone number will be synced from the AD telephone field. If no entry exist, the Line URI will be shown.

    I needs some time for sync.

    Depending on the User/common area settings of the AD object (Country), the phone use different tones also!

    So I can't control the display number for CX600 right?

    But on my environment cx600 with latest firmware display my AD Display number without Telephone number.
