Cell Highlight MSP 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Experts ,

    Is it possible to highlight the cell (not the complete line as it becomes too much) having duration (or duration1) greater than 50 days or so ?

    Regards,

  • Hi,

    sorry, this is not possible. You can highlight a whole row by creating a filter for duration > 50 and use it as highlight filter. Moreover, you can only change format of single cell manually or by a macro like this:

    Sub FormatDuration()
    Dim T As Task
    For Each T In ActiveProject.Tasks
        If Not T.Summary And Not T Is Nothing Then
        SelectTaskField Row:=T.ID, Column:="Duration", RowRelative:=False
            If T.Duration >= 50 * 480 Then
                Font32Ex CellColor:=65535
            Else
                Font32Ex CellColor:=-16777216
            End If
        End If
    Next T
    End Sub

    Regards
