  • Hi Luis

Microsoft Power apps is not free. The minimum basic plan will cost you $7 a month. But its included with your Office 365 subscription

On the other hand Microsoft Flow is free for 750 runs (instance) but you can create unlimited flows. If you want to run more than 750 instances of your flows then you need a 5$ or 15$ plans per month.

Again these two are included if you have any of the below O365 Subscriptions

    Office 365 Business Essentials

    Office 365 Business Premium

    Office 365 Education

    Office 365 Education Plus

    Office 365 Enterprise E1 *

    Office 365 Enterprise E3 *

    Office 365 Enterprise E5

  • Thank you for your response.

One more question, flow instances are counted by per user/month or per flow/month?
For example if i have a Flow process with 200 users that uses it, every user can run the instance 750 times or it will run 750 times in general and not per user.

Sorry if it is very confusing.

    Greetings,

    Hi,

750 is the number of flow runs is aggregated across all users in the company. If your company exceeds more than the included runs per month per user, you can buy an additional quota of runs per month

    Hope this helps
