  • Hello, 

    Is it possible to assign incidents to a specific Administrator, according to the user who has started the incident in the Self-Service Portal?

  • I'm having problems with assigning a user to a incident with Powershell. Do I need to Use Set-SCSMObject or Set-SCSMIncident?

    EDIT: I've managed to do this by setting a template to an incident with Set-SCSMObjectTemplate, and assigning an 'Assigne To' user to the template!

  • This can be done by a workflow. Based on the criteria of the incident, for instance the department or city of the affected user, you can run a PowerShell script or apply an incident template to assign the incident to people. Also using an Orchestrator runbook might be an option.
