Outlook 2016 not allowing me to add a new account - Office 365 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I deleted the previous user (to pass on the surface to a new employee) and Outlook 2016 (from Office 365) is not allowing me to add a new account.  It just sits there thinking and thinking until finally it times out.  I've tried manually as well, but still no luck.

    Any suggestions?
