  • Question

  • Hi guys and gals,

I need your help to advice me how to change an existing DSDT table with the one in my BIOS!!!

Please, this is the only way for me to fix the problem of my notebook, which keeps saying in the Tray Icon that it can't find no battery, although the device manager and the Vista reliability and performance monitoring tool even tells me exactly what manufacturer, capacity, Volt and Ampere it has.

    Please help me

For this problem, we recommend you consult the manufacturer how to configure. Perhaps they may give you some constructive suggestions on this issue.

  • Hi Jie-Feng Ren

    Thx for your post.

I have contacted Acer before posting anywhere alse.

They say, that they blame MS for writing a malfunctioning driver which is not willing to accept the battery detected by the performance monitiring tool of Vista, which is even able to detect the Ampere and specific data.

I need your help to either change the DSDT table or rewrite the driver.

    Thx in advance

    Maschdel
