Unable to login RSM Webpage portal RRS feed

  • Dear Team,

    we are using RSM webpage portal.I tried to login RSM weebpage through IE9 some plugin & activex need install first time but i am getting unknow plugin not install...

    Kindly helpt remote to solve the issue...

    Please include links to any websites you are having problems with your questions. does not have any third party plugins or activex controls to be downloaded.

    In the first instance consult with your system administrators or help desk, or the site support (for the site you are visiting).

    Also include the full text of any error messages or warnings that you receive(copy and paste with your questions).

    From the File>Properties menu you can find out which IE security zone a domain is mapped to..IE has security zone settings preventing the installation of unsigned activeX could try

    Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click "Reset all zones to default"

    then, trusted sites icon,'Sites' button, remove any domains ( from your trusted sites list.
