  • Hi,
i have done following steps, now issue resolved.

If the NetBIOS name of the domain differs from the fully-qualified domain name, the synchronization account must have Replicate Directory Changes permission on the cn=configuration container.

  • Hi,

Did you configure two Active Directory forests in your SharePoint farm?

Is the “CompanyAD” domain in the trusted forest?

If yes, you need to cache domain resolution information for the NetBIOS domain name in the Netlogon service. Detailed steps:

If not, please try to reproduce the issue and check for the ULS logs to see if there provides some useful information.
