Trunk called number translation rule Vs Dial Plan Normalization Rule

  Hi Carlos,

  if im not wrong,Trunk call number translation is use if you want to assign same phone number to multiple users,but add:ext at the end of the number.

  When they call out same number will be shown (without Extension)

  Dial plan rule is in use if you have multiple sip trunks in different countries.If a user in USA calling +46,it will then call out from the Swedish sip trunk.It kinda create "cheapest call route".

  Hi,

  The trunk called number translation rule is used for translation the format of a incoming call to the format of E.164 of the format you want to be.
