How to create two different views on two devices?

    Question

  • I have:

    1. Two devices with different screen resolutions
    2. Outlook 2016 on two devices
    3. One box in Exchange Online

    I need to configure two different views for the Inbox on two devices. But I can't do it.

    Unfortunately, Outlook explicitly synchronizes views on two devices (obviously through Exchange Online).

    Does this problem have a solution?

  • Hi,

    I'm afraid there is no solution for this issue. Outlook Inbox views are stored in the mailbox which are synced between different devices.

    You may consider to create two custom views under View tab > Change View > Manage Views, and then switch to corresponding view when you are on different device.
