Unable to install nuget RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I keep getting this error when run the cmdlet: Install-PackageProvider -Name NuGet -MinimumVersion -Force

    (Do have internet connection-Use Admin account to run PS but connect to proxy using an account that has internet access.). What could be the issue? Please shed some lights.

    > Tried cmdlet: Install-PackageProvider -Name NuGet -Force

    but getting error of no internet connection.!!?!? Not sure why.

    Is there away to install nuget min version (in order to install AzureRM) in offline mode?
