  • Hi

I have found some solutions, one of this should work:

    1. Check if Do you have zone alarm installed?? If yes , uninstall it and check if the system shutsdown. Looks like ZoneAlarm may no longer be compatible with Vista anymore, OR at least Not Vista compatible on some system architectures

    2. Check for latest driver for Video Card.

    3. Download this Update for Windows Vista (KB931671)
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5754c17d-91a0-4dca-ab86-16e09a5c717b&displaylang=en

    4. Check In Device Manager under "Network adapters" If you have  "6TO4 Adapter" with a yellow exclamation mark.  If you have those exclamation marks, uninstall Broadcom's network diagnostics utility. If this does not works uninstall and reinstall the network adapter. http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/www.support.microsoft.com/?kbid=929734
