  • Hi,

You need to check services.msc and verify whether Queue services and Event services are in running mode and also verify login for both services. Retype user id, password and login again, then try to publish project.

Hope this helps you. Good luck

  • Both of services are running.

  • Try to login again with your credentials for both services and then publish the project.

  • Before you re-type passwords, are other jobs running through the Q? (such as checkin?)

If so, then it is likely to be a problem with this project.  Use the ULS logs in SharePoint to match the JobUID bac6f1e0-5324-e311-bf44-4ceb4257ada4.  It should give you some more detail as to the issue.

  • Compact2,

Is this issue project specific? Were you able to publish the project plan in the past? What is the CU installed on server and client?

  • Hi all,

On server installed windows server 2008 R2. on client computer installed windows 7 pro.

In the past i published all the projects.

I solved the problem which used by that method.

I saved the project with a different name (i had tried to do "save as" method) then it published succesfully.

But i dont have any idea why it published.

    Do you have any ideas?

  • When you  existing project as different name, basically it is considered as totally different project plan, since each project plan has unique ID and each assignment within the project plan has unique ID's too. On other words resources will see 2 different tasks from the different project plan. This also impacts updated time phased data.

Since you were able to publish new project, indicates to me that issue is project specific. You could try to fix the issue with existing project by using the method "Save for Sharing" which refreshes the data without existing data, as described above
