  • Hi,

    >> Am seeing some errors when a user is on 2013 and try to connect to outlook keeps getting prompted to sign in.
Could you please provide me with more details about the error messages?

Besides, please try the following steps and see if there is any difference:
    1. Exit Outlook.
    2. Open Control Panel, locate and double-click Mail.
    3. Click Show Profiles, select your Outlook profile, and then click Properties.
    4. Click E-mail Accounts.
    5. Select your email account, and then click Change.
    6. In the Change Account dialog box, click More Settings.
    7. In the Microsoft Exchange dialog box, select the Security tab.
    8. On the Login network security list, select Anonymous Authentication, and then click OK.
    9. Restart your Outlook.

If the issue continues, it is suggested to check and update your Office 2013 program to the latest version to see if the problem can be fixed.

In addition, there is a document for you:

Outlook continually prompts for your password when you try to connect to Office 365

Any update, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Aidan Wang
