Office 365 - No plus sign present for users to add inbox rules in Office 365 RRS feed

  • Question

  •

We recently went to Office 365. There is no plus sign present for users to create inbox rules with OWA in Office 365.

As Administrator, I get the plus sign, but not for users.

Is there permission that needs to be granted, or is it something else?

    Thanks,

    Pete

  • Hi Pete,

I have some tests in my environment using Exchange 2013, If I uncheck the "Inbox Rules" option in EAC -> permissions -> Outlook Web App policies -> double click Default -> features -> More options -> Information management, users (except administrator) won't see the plus sign to create inbox rules.

But your environment is Office 365, I recommend you verify it in Office 365 forum. For your convenience:

Hope this can be helpful to you.

  • Amy,

Inbox rules are checked. Where should I be looking next?

    Thanks,

    Pete
