Context menu problems in appv 4.6 sp1

I sequenced an application which has context menu's but after sequencing i am not seeing that context menu. Can i know what may be possible scenario's that appv 4.6 sp1 is not handling this information.

Unfortunately, if you're still on App-V 4.6 SP1, shell extensions are not supported. However, you can create the context menu using a simple registry setting and OSD editing.
