Service Pack Problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm running Windows XP Profession v.5.1.  I downloaded Service Pack 3 from the Microsoft web site and tried to install it. It told me I need at least Service Pack 1.  So, I downloaded Service Pack 1 and 2.  When I tried to install them, they both told me they were not seeing the version expected.  Any suggestions about what I can do to get the service packs to run?
