No AppData folder under any Users folder RRS feed

    I just had Windows 7 installed on my HP Pavilion.  I'm trying to copy my Application Data folder from the XP system to the new one but there is NO AppData folder in either the the Public or UpdatusUser folders and absolutely not in my User folder.  Can anyone tell me where it is or why it isn't there?  There are a lot of custom styles for Microsoft Office 2007 and a few others in my old Application Data folders and I really need to update the new system.  And I do have the "Hide protected operating system files" in Folder and search options unchecked. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Did you go into control panel under folder options under the view tab and make sure you have checked the show hidden files, folders and drives?
