Direct Access client status connecting RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have 2012 DA multisite deployment, with windows 8 and 7 clients.

    I am looking for common solutions, or steps to be tried in this case.

    Randomly I get users, complaining DA is no longer working for them and stuck on connecting.

  • Hi,

    We need more information to help you in your troubleshooting process. Do you have DCA/NCA logs retrived from computers experiencing the problem? Is this problem limited to a single DirectAccess entrypoint or all? is this problem concerns Windows 7 and Windows 8? Do you have special events on DirectAccess Gateway when users are experiencing the problem?

    I am new with direct access and trying to learn the troubleshooting involved with DA so my question is not specific to problem.
