What's the version of SSAS you are using?
Please restart your SQL Server Analysis Services service. Make sure the cube has been fully processed and deployed. Connect to SSAS server and test queries to check if it works properly.
In Analysis Services, there're some scenarios which can cause crash. For example, multiple thread access cube at same time, cube writeback and other transaction executed at same time, etc. These issues are fixed in CUs. Please refer to KB articles below:

Also some anti-virus tool scanning may cause the SSAS crash, please exclude them from scanning folders. See:
