what's the new feature in exchange 2010

Hi,

I'm new in exchange 2010, I know MS make a lot of changes in new exchange2010. Currently we are using OMA, active sync in exchange 2003, but what's new feature instead these in exchange 2010?

BTW, how the iphone connects to my exchange?

There is lots of enhancement done by MS in exchange 2010 for active sync feature, which you can find in below articles.
