Outlook 2010 crashing after opening specific emails after November 10, 2015 Updates

Question
-
I have experienced an issue after running latest security updates from November 10. Opening and scrolling through a specific email that contains certain graphics seems to be crashing Outlook each time, regardless of Safe mode, repairing Outlook, etc. This behavior is not reproducible on any Outlook 2010 that does NOT have the latest updates installed. The crash occurs as the email is being scrolled through, not just opened. Error is below. I am beginning to uninstall the updates to try to pinpoint which one is causing it. I was hoping I could forward this email to someone who could also confirm this behavior, running Outlook 2010 with latest updates from Nov. 10.
Thank you

Removing KB3097877 & KB3101746 DID NOT fix the outlook crash issue for my environment.
There are at least 10 UAT users on Windows 8.1 with Office 2013 are getting issues with Outlook Crash since November 2015 patch were installed. After researching i removed KB3097877 & KB3101746 but it dint fixed the issue. A lot people got this fixed by removing this patches.
Any suggestion which other patch can be a issue ? We have delayed the Live patching but cannot do unless UAT issue is resolve.
