  • How did you import them?  If from pst through Outlook have you allowed tie to upload?

  • Hi,

     

    1.What's your current environment? Pure Exchange Online or Hybrid?

    2.What’s the type of imported archives? Exchange Online Archiving or Outlook AutoArchive setting?

    3.How many people in your organization have same issue?

    4.Wha's the imported archives? Messages, contacts, calendars or etc.

     

    Please help to try following methods:

     

    1.Check the archive status, connect to Exchange Online PowerShell and run the following PowerShell command and capture a screenshot of the result:

     

     Get-Mailbox <Name> | FL Name,*Archive*

     

    2.Change another browser to see if this issue persist.

    3.Change another network to see if you can search the emails.
