  • Do you have any errors in event viewer?

You may update mailbox database copies with the command below:

    Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus -Server exch01 | ?{$_.Status -like "Failed*"} | Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy -SourceServer exch02 -DeleteExistingFiles

    Note:

exch1 - is the server with corrupted mailbox database copies
exch2 - is the server with healthy mailbox database copies

  • I have followed this this thread followed both methods:

    1. Stop services and delete the content index directory and start services to rebuilt the content index again. Didn't fix still in unknown state though the folder is created and is big size

    2. Creating a group Content Submitters and assigning network service full right and administrators

    still didn't fix

  • Hi Farook,

Are there any related event logs in MBX02?

If we delete a database passive copy and recreate it, is there any help?

    Best Regards,
