Assigned Analyst Comments Marked As Private RRS feed

    I'm seeing the same issue.

    The comments are emails automatically read from a mailbox. All was working fine until recently, exact date unknown.
    The auto tickbox option described in the link above has never been implemented and all updates are applied, this happened before the current updates were installed.
    Any ideas most welcome as I see no problems with workflows / notifications etc.

    What changes have you made before this issue happened?

    Whether all emails has this issue?

    I would like to suggest you check your incident form as below link:

    No changes were made. The system has been running fine then this happened out of the blue and I cannot trace it back to any updates. As previously mentioned the link you supplied has not been implemented at any time.
