    Service Host: Local System is using up a lot of my bandwidth which slows down my download and browsing speed.

    I want it to either stop or be limited.

    Is there a way to do it??

    Please Help!!!

    Hi,

    I recommend you use Process Explorer to check what service is using that thread at that moment.

    Meanhwile, it's also recommended to close other network applications which can take up the bandwidth, and update the network adapter driver to latest version for better performance.
