Missing AD groups in the ATA Center RRS feed

  • My peer and I noticed we have several AD groups that are not showing up in our ATA center.  We've looked through the ATA center logs as well as the logs on each gateway server, and nothing jumps out at us.  Interestingly, we found that new user objects are synching just fine.  Any pointers on how to start troubleshooting this issue?  For example, is there a way to trigger AD synch from the ATA center?

  • What exact version of ATA are you running ?

  • We are running version 1.9, Gateway agents are all on 1.9.7312.32791

  • Upgrade to 1.9 update 1, most likely it will fix the issue.
