Two External NICs? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

In UAG, is it possible or supported to have two NICs configured as External interfaces?  We would like to reverse-proxy internal web apps to the Internet (1) and also to a seperate VPN-connected network on an IP range that isn't routable from the corporate network (2).  DirectAccess is not used.

Obviously only one would be configured with a default gateway, with static routes for the other (along with the internal NIC).  Any reason this wouldn't work?

    Many thanks

  • Hi Brendan,

In UAG networking console, let extra interface (2nd external interface) be under "undefined" .

In TMG networking rule you can create NAT rules for your SSTP client and internal network to eliminate any need of routing. I have seen this will only work for SSTP client an not for NEtwoek Connector clients (Windows XP) as network connector requires relay to internal network adapter.
