Dear Concern,
I have a problem in my laptop Sony Vaio (SVF152C29M) windows, I am getting an error at the time of turning ON laptop and the error is bellow mentioned,
iolorgdf32 program not found skipping auto check
please guide me how to solve it through a video demo.Regards,

What do you mean by "unable to update my window"? Did you get any error messages?

to
that
autocheck autochk * autocheck iolorgdf64 c:\users\richard\appdata\roaming\iolo\
that problem is fixed but now unable to update my window while am having purchased window

Look into WindowsUpdate.log, find errors, google for info and help and try to remedy. Your Windows copy should be genuine. Make sure that this is the case, see Win+Pause/Break (right below). Useful info is in Event log (which may or may not be complement to other system info.)
I do recommend checking you system with
sfc /scannow
