  • Hi Rafay,

Could you please explain a bit here, which account that you would like to remove from your machine, and from where?

If we have only one account available on Windows 10, there would be no other accounts listed under family and other users.

And Windows won't allow to delete the only account logged in.

If you would like to delete the account that your are currently using, we should first create another admin account, then login with the newly created account, after that, delete the old account under Family and other users.

  • You must have at least one administrator account in your PC.

If you have Microsoft Account and you want to switch to local account, you could open User account setting and you have option to disconnect from Microsoft Account.
