  • What Phone integration are you talking about? Lync Phone Edition devices? or third party phone devices? If third party you will need to implement Remote Call Control (RCC) or Call via Work (if using SfB server)

    RCC: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg558624(v=ocs.15).aspx

    CvW: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn933908.aspx

If you are using Lync Phone Edition (Ethernet devices) you will need to run DHCPUtil on your DHCP server to add in the required options.

    DHCPUtil: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg412988(v=ocs.14).aspx

This will add to the server options not a specific scope. If you want scope options only you will need to make the required options manually

    Manual Method: http://skype4b.uk/2015/03/06/configuring-dhcp-options-for-lync-phone-edition-manually/

If the Phone is qualified USB Phone for Lync, then you can tether the Phone directly with the PC and the client will connect the phone (if driver installed).

  • Hi,

Would you please elaborate your requirement?

Did you have PBX or just using Lync Server?

You can enable Enterprise Voice, RCC, Call via Work (using Skype for Business Server 2015) to integration with Phone system.

    More details:
