The cache locations mentioned in App-V Client may not present on the client system.
Make sure that all the cache locations (Machine and User) are present.
And try with changing the cache locations once.

Hello,
If you remove all other software than the App-V client and whats necessary - does it work then?Nicke Källén | The Knack| Twitter: @Znackattack

What about reinstalling the App-V client?

I'd guess you'd have to do what Aaron is suggesting. Did you already try to remove the Client and do a re-install without rebooting first? It may have corrupted the client.

Hello,
My recommendation is not remove all of them permanently - but simply to determine if there is a conflicting software. A step of determining that is simply to remove all of them and see if it works. If the behavior is the same - you would need to investigate other optionsNicke Källén | The Knack| Twitter: @Znackattack
