Microsoft Office download trial for school not working RRS feed

    I received a free trial download from school, it downloaded but it wont activate with the product key that was sent back to me.  It pops up a trial version and keeps asking to be converted but it wont convert.  Sometimes it gives an error code1310, but I can hit retry repetitively and it goes through.  It gives a command to restart but it still reboots and shows the conversion screen.    I even tried to repair it in the add/remove program, but it still won't go past the conversion screen.
