Change from: reply to: with Announcement List

Good day all;

I've inherited a list and i'm being asked to change the reply to: and from: address from something other than the site admin, it's current mossadmin@somedomain.com for both reply to: and from:. I wasn't sure whether this can be changed, or if an alias could be used, using OOB sharepoint. Do we need to create an alias in Exchage first?

I did not want to change this Reply to: and From: for the entire site collection, just for a specific list.

I looked at this technet article, however don't see a way to change the from to. I should have mentioned that this is for Moss 2007, not 2010.
