    Hi Mike,

    i have been reading you post with interest as i have the same errors, i have followed your instruction and found the mini dump file and zipped it, i have uploaded it to skydrive and shared it but it came up with a email address, so i dont know if you will be able to see this file

    now going to follow your next steps. I think it might be vista that is doing it! i might ave to take it off
