  • You could insert an appropriately-sized table (e.g. 5 columns by 8 rows), or use the Labels tool on the Mailings tab to choose from a designated label format, then fill the cells with the data by filling & formatting the first cell then copying & pasting that to the remaining cells.

  • Hi Joyce1942,

From the description of the thread it looks like you want to use user interface of Word Application.

but this forum handles issues regarding Word Object Model.

so for better response and better solution I move this thread to Word it pro discussion forum.

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If your labels are a standard size, one commercially produced, find the appropriate label in the options. Tell Word you want a full page of one label. You can find labels on the mailings tab.

As Paul pointed out, labels, in Word, are Tables.

BTW, the way to get to labels and options is different in the menu versions of Word.
