Problem update the SCCM Database from TP 1605 to TP 1606

Hi,
i tried to upgrade an TP 1605 Installation to TP 1606 and the Update Fails with this Errors in CMUpdate.log:
*** [23000][515][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'RoleType', table 'CM_CM1.dbo.BoundaryGroupRelationships'; column does not allow nulls. After i retry the update package Installation i get the same error after some minutes.
Maybe somebody can help here?

try the SQL mentioned here

then once done, click on Retry Installation, it should work fine then.

The SQL server in your environment located locally or remotely?
The similar thread which got sql related error during apply the update KB3155482 on ConfigMgr 1602.

Hello. I am running into the same issue after upgrading to SCCM 1606. SQL Version is 2012 SP3.
