  • Hi Debbie,

According to your description, it seemed that you use Outlook to manage emails, and after upgrade, you can’t find out previous emails.

What’s version of Outlook you used before? Have you ever saved emails in a pst file?

For Outlook 2010 and earlier version, if you save emails in a local pst file and could find out it now(maybe it stays in the Windows.old folder), you could recover previous emails. Just add this pst file into present Outlook. Please refer to this kb to get more information.

However, if you can’t find this pst file or had deleted it, you may need to contact data recovery company to recover data.

On the other hand, if your emails are stored in server and you had deleted them, they wouldn’t be recovered.

In addition, for Outlook (Office) issue, you could ask for help from our Office forum.

    Hope my clarification is clear.
