I am new to DotNetNuke and trying to set up a design space with DotNetNuke software. I successfully installed the DotNetNuke software onto my Home Premium Window Vista desktop, but on the next step which I need to find "IIS Manager" within "Administration Tools" to installed, "IIS Manager" is no where to be found. I was successfully installed IIS Management. I then continued on the next step in creating a Virtual Directory like the note below mentions, but the steps that two links below listed do not match with what I am seeing on my computer as I was following it.... I am afraid of making mistake(s) that may cause further damage down the line, application-wise. As you can tell I am not really an IT person. Overall, thank you very much for all your helps Filip. Web Application: Launch the IIS Management Console (Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools) and expand the tree for “Default Web Site.” Create a new Virtual Directory named “DotNetNuke” pointing to the C:\DotNetNuke folder. You may choose to name your Virtual Directory something else (if you do so, adjust the instructions in the “DotNetNuke Wizard” step accordingly).
