Installed Cisco Clean Access (CCA), but user gets the Security alert "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?
Cause
An Internet Explorer setting.
Resolution
- Open up Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools > Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced Tab
- Scroll down towards the bottom to the Security section
- Uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation"
- Close Internet Explorer and the Clean Access Agent
- Start the Clean Access Agent and login

Cause
The installation package may have been saved and not run from it's location.
Resolution
- Choose to "RUN" or "OPEN" the installation and not "Save".
