  • Outlook Automatically Resending Meeting Invites, however the issue has occurred twice with the most recent one just a few minutes ago

    Before going further, I'd like to clarify the following questions then we can do further research on this:

    Does this issue occur randomly or it appears when the meeting involves any particular user?
    Is it a recurring event or just one that keeps getting sent?
    Where did you set up the meeting, on your PC or on a mobile device?

  •  it is a recurring event Weekly, but it send twice a week randomly. meeting is setup on PC.

    Does this issue only occur to the particular recurring event?
    Do all attendees receive the meeting invitation twice?
    What if creating a meeting in Outlook Web App (OWA) to see if the error persists? 

    To help narrow down if the issue is related to any third party add-ins, please try starting Outlook in safe mode (Hold the Windows key and press R, then type outlook.exe /safe in the Open field and click OK.) and check if the problem will stop.
